Saved state is not updated

What happened:

Whenever I join a server or die I respawn in the same state.

I logged off last night (2012-05-12 03:00 AM) with low blood and a Makarov after a bad zombie encounter in Kamenka.

Whenever I try to respawn I start at the same location, with the same ammo count and blood amount.

It happened on Norway 1 but no matter which server I join I start in the same state

If you mean you're in the exact same state when you swap between servers, then that's exactly what the save system is there for - to provide persistence through servers. So whatever your character state is on one server, it will be the same on any other.
