So just got a "Healthy" tag by my character in inventory, let's discuss.

Like the title says, I poked into the inventory screen while running north of Balota to see a tag that said "Healthy" where hunger and thirst tabs appear.  I have been alive for 20 hours or so with this character and have been eating and drinking well now for about 10-15 of them.  I know we have all been discussing getting your survivor to a 'healthy' state, but I have yet to see or read anything about this.  Has anyone else experienced this "Healthy" tag or know anything about any benefits that might come from it?

Yes. It means you're fed, hydrated, and not sick. Also there's a "healing" notification that tells you when your blood levels are rising, which has been fixed. Eating and drinking until you are full will heal you. Cleaning your wounds with alcohol works properly now as well.

LOL Leviski! I've never seen the healing one, but I don't spend enough time in my inventory to notice. Usually when I get hurt it's because I'm getting punched full of holes, so I don't last long enough to check.

As Salamander said, It means you're healthy, And if you take damage, You get a healing factor, If I'm O- This is the time when I donate blood, as I'll gain it back in 20 minutes or so.

Nice! Thanks for the input - I have not yet seen the "healing" tag but have not really had a reason to need more blood.

Well we just took some blood from my friend who also had the "healthy" tag, this did not go as planned - his healthy tag went away instantly and does not seem to be regenerating blood.  I wouldn't, as of now, go as far as to say that this "healthy" tag represents a good time to donate blood :(

Just have him eat a good meal and hydrate. Just like in real life.

I've had the Healthy tag for the last 2 days, on the same character.. Got shot today and survived.. Got a saline IV and ate some food and drink, so I know my blood is full but I think my health is still sub-par, so I think to get "healthy" back I need to eat and drink some more and possibly rest some.
