[SA] Reload magazines from hands, not just backpack/pockets

Currently to reload a clip with individual bullets you have to remove it from the weapon and place it a spare space within your inventory. You then drag the bullets onto the clip.

You should ALSO be able to put the clip in your hands and then simply drag the bullets onto the clip as normal.. negating the need to place the clip in your backpack or a pocket first.

This makes sense to me, after all you would be holding the clip while you reloaded it...
