What is the number at the top-right of the screen in game? I know in the mod you could see your blood and stuff but what is that number in SA?

I've wondered that myself.

 

I assume it's probably a remnant of a debug monitor that hasn't been removed yet. I'm probably entirely wrong though.

Isnt it the zeroing number for your gun? I only seem to have it when I equip the m4
