Difference between saline bag and blood bags?

Saline bag gives maximum health and you can give to anyone, blood bags and only be given to right blood type. Why pick blood bags over saline bags?

if you got no saline bags you can hardly use them. picking them over blood bags would be stupid, but bloodbags come with almost every first aid kit.

But seriously, blood bags are reusable. Saline can't be refilled will saline. Honestly we will have to wait for SA to be complete for the final answers I'm afraid.

Yea true. I'am sure in the finale release you will be able to add sterile water and salt to make a new saline solution.. hopefully!

Saline fills your blood rating all the way up while blood bags only fill 1000/5000. http://dayzdb.com/guide/11-standalone-status-effects (under hemolytic reaction)
