Stuck under a building

So I was doing my usual looting when all of a sudden, I was under a building! I can't respawn so I don't know what to do.

I remember the mod you would sometimes spawn inside a house and you could run around till you found the spot out.

 

If not just run around at full sprint till you starve to death to respawn.
