Join radom Server and become a rollback WTF?!

Hi everyone im realy pissed off because my hole Charater equipment are gone.... just because i join a radom server!!

I join the server and *wupp* i thing:"wtf where are my rifle,the food and everything?!" .... after all i finde out the server was on an old mother F**king version.

 

how i can get my gear back?
