Side chat?

I did a search, just found stuff about the voip issue. Not what i'm talking about. Will there be side chat like dayz mod in blue? I know it breaks immersion or whatever, but it's also entertaining when running for 45mins. Anyone know if it will be added in?

Side chat as it worked previously is gone but now you can find radios that allows you to chat or speak with other people with radios.

You say please no.. I understand there are some negative aspects, but it is honestly how I met all the people I played with besides my IRL friends... I don't know.. :/ 

 

If there is no side chat.. PLEASE let the walkie talky/radio be only a few channels and work without having it always out... Only realistic right?

People with radio should be able to talk to eachother on some kind of public channel (the default one probably)

Ya but do they work yet? And will i have to have it in my hands at all times to use? I should be able to have it turned 'on' in my inventory and listening at all times while still holding a rifle. Hoping..
