I really need some help!! Please!

I have to problems at the moment that seem to be bothering me.

When I first installed the game I could run it on max settings no problem. After I while of playing the framerate dropped drastically and TERRIBLE lagging occurred. I had to tone the graphics down to normal and even then there are hiccups.

 

2. I got the "couldn't receive message for 5 seconds" or whatever the message was and I lagged out. Now my guy is under the house he was in and I'm glitched underneath it. I cant get out and ive waited for about an hour and he wont die of thirst or hunger. He was even sick from eating a bad kiwi.  

 

I'm not sure what to do with either of these problems. I uninstalled day z and reinstalled it which fixed problem 1 but it reoccurred again while waiting for my guy to pass our and die to respawn. If anyone can help me with these problems I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks

So my guy finally passed out and died. But im still having problems with the lag. Is anyone else having issues?

Expect FPS drops in certain parts of the map, the game hasn't been optimized yet so framedrops are to be expected.

+ there are still alot of bugs in the game. hence early alpha.

 

and the couldnt recieve message means the server is restarting or shutting down.

 

if you knew already this and you ment that i just couldnt get out of the house. some people manage to get out by sprinting and vaulting against the wall in diffrent angles.

I have 680 and it played smooth the first few days and the it lags slightly when running. I just don't let it bother me.

I think I found out what the problem was. I seem to be getting it whenever I Alt Tab to the laptop desktop. And it STAYS lagging until I uninstall and reinstall. Ive been playing the last 2 hours with NO Problems at all. If I ever have to leave the game for any reason I just exit out. Thanks for your advice though. I appreciate it
