The medical system is not working yet. Charcoal makes you vomit and then you need to eat and drink till bright green energized and hydrated. The sickness has different stages and it depends on the stage on how fast you will recover. Smash a bag of rice and drink till stuffed.

I did a post like this. Same idea but if you die you spawn as a zed and your only mission is to feed just like the survivor you can starve if you don't feed. This would make zeds much harder and add a hole new feel to the game.

When you die you come back as a zed and your only mission Eat survivors, and when you die again you come back as a survivor.

The funny thing is there not logging off. When you kill someone and they respawn there body will disappear its a bug right know. Plus shooting someone damages there gear so what's the point.

Getting away from the coast line will help. Smaller towns yield less so find bigger town with bigger buildings. As a fresh spawn I can gear up in less then a hour most times.

I have 680 and it played smooth the first few days and the it lags slightly when running. I just don't let it bother me.
