Console release.

A PS4 release has already been discussed, and the xbox version abandoned due to the update fees from what I have read. However seeing that Microsoft has stopped charging for updates is it possible that we may see a release on the xbox one in the future if the standalone does well? Because not everyone has a computer capable enough to run it smoothly.

But if i were him, there would be no way in hell id put in on console, not with the disgusting "call Of duty" players that think they are cool.

Rocket has talked about console releases. Pretty sure I've read that it won't be until after the full release of the game on PC...so not for at least a year yet!

Yes, the problem is all the 'Call of Duty' players and not all the uppity players (That think they are cool) like yourself that make a community crap. Riiiiiight.

It has been discussed releasing to PS4 but it is something that will happen waaaaaaaaay down the line, if it all, like over a year away at least.

If Microsoft change their ways they might get a chance too, we will just have to see if the developers want to bother with it.

Rocket as said about console if they sold ... copys or made ... so much money (The .'s are for i can't remember how much he said :p) But if you also look in the settings on pc model of dayz there controller enabled every PC gamer used mouse so this might be another idea but don't thing if it does come it will be next yr. they have to fix it on pc first so 2/3 years before they do anything for consoles if they do.

I don't care, as long as there is NO cross-platform multiplayer. Enough console kids are realising PCs are better now we don't need to play with the rest of them.

I wish it wont be released on consoles...Simply because they keep arguing how great consoles are because they have all the exclusive games....Whenever i see something about GTA V, it's all like ''duurr duur you wont get anything fcking pirates bla bla bla, hahahaa'' and then they come here begging for DayZ.

Nothing has been confimed as of yet and development wouldn't start until a year or so down the road when the PC version has made it to a 1.0 final release. It's not even worth thinking about at this point.

It would be like Minecraft in that the PC version would always be the primary (and arguably by far the best) version. :)
