Alt + Tab Help

So whenever I alt+tab it goes to the desktop and takes a very very long time to go back, also when I do get back into the window the screen is frozen for at least 10 seconds. Any help on this would be very much appreciated.

Do you use Nvidia Shadow Play? That might be the problem. I had exactly the same problem and after I turned shadow play off, everthing is fine.

Thanks you, once I turned off shadow play it immediately started working regularly.
