Sickness SA, No cure?

Hey guys

 

My character is sick, i didnt eat anything rotten, although did consume a fair bit of soda/soft drink.

 

I used antibiotics and charcoal tabs, and also drank water. Sickness went from green to orange after i consumed the charcoal tabs. Im wondering if theres any cure for this? or do i just need to wait awhile in the game for it to pass?

 

 

Also, if anyone can only walk and turbo (not run), click right click (its because you're zoomed in)
