When I attempt to change my settings for the game, I get this error code. I also got it once when I was in a game. Anyone know why?

Spent 4-5 hours yesterday to find a solution for a similar problem for a friend but windows XP just won't work, upgrade to 8.1 or 7, even Vista SP2 would do.

 

Just make sure you have enough rams because the minimum req for XP is like 64mb while for newer versions of windows it's almost 1gb.
