Is drawing blood actually working?

Recommended Posts

Hey Guys,

Today I played my first longer session of the standalone and geared up on medical stuff. I tested my blood type just for fun and then wanted to draw blood from myself, just to see if it is working.

I got a first aid kit containing: A syringe, an IV-Kit and an empty bloodbag. Sadly everytime i klicked the Syringe and selected "Draw blood" it stated: "There is nothing left"

And I am pretty sure there was.

Did I do something wrong or is it just not working?

i dont believe you can draw blood from yourself. someone has to do it for you. otherwise people would bank their own blood instead of robbing people for it, lol

I haven't actually done it yet, but I don't think you use a syringe. You use the blood transfusion kit that you find in a med kit.

The syringes are for injecting other substances.

But I don't think they work on yourself either. I was sick and had a bottle of antibiotics and syringe. I could fill it up but I could find no way to inject it into me.
