Can't connect to any server since today

Hey Guys,

when i try to join on a "green" server (de) then i get this error after i join on one where a slot is empty:

And when i try to join  a "red" server (wrong version?):

Thats happening to me, I just cant find any green servers

Same for me. Every server has a red cross and i get the message "bad version server rejected connection" please help..
