What do you think the rarest item is? For me it has to either be the 6 slotted shirt, forgot its name. The red dot sight for the pistol is also semi rare.

Also is the biggest backpack 35 slots?

they only come in badly damaged-worn with some already used most commonly, only found them in toilet areas in military areas.

 

or like blood bags and blood tests in good condition are rare too.

After thinking, the maps and walkie talkie are also rare.

I've found many anti-bitoics, painkillers, vitamins, I have 3 FNX mags on me right now.

M4's are everywhere.

you got less FNX mags than you do M4 mags though.

 

i've also found many painkillers/antibiotics but still not as many as i've found M4s and coyote backpacks

Really? I found that 35 slot backpack (or is it 30?), that 6 slot chest piece, m4 and a hoxton(?) mask the first hour since i started.

they're more like uncommon. everything seems to be around in more abundance in SA.

 

m4 with normal attachments is common.

 

hoxton mask (badly damaged) is common.

 

there are other types of mask and the (pristine) version is much more brightly coloured. these seem to be at least rarer than other headgear.

My friend has that handguard. I have the tannish one. I do have a lot less FNX mags, but they're still pretty plentiful. A lot more common than the red dot for the FNX!

From what I've seen,so far defibs seem to be uncommon but in the pool for regular town loot.

I found players that don't KoS you to be the rarest thing in game. I was running around with full equip and had a freshspawn run after me with a baseball bat trying to play baseball with my head. Like srsly, I am the most friendly dude you are going to encounter, he could have had a spare pistol, vest and food but he insisted on trying to kill me. Felt strange emptying a C-Mag into him and his friend while shouting "FRIENDLY FFS!"
