bjason1 14 Posted December 20, 2013 I've noticed since the .29 patch that in addition to the "Your thirst has been quenched" and "Your hunger has been satisfied" status messages being removed, it is no longer possible to get full. Can anyone please confirm? I ate 2 bags of rice and several cans of beans, more than 36 total "eats" and I was unable to get full. However, I believe my blood is regenerating.
Verex11 95 Posted December 20, 2013 They did remove them it looks like. If open your inventory you will notice the Hunger and Thirsty indicators next to your player. Yellow means you are satisfied, dark orange is hungry/thirsty, and after that you start losing blood it seems. If you eat and drink so much that the indicators are not even there it means you are full on both and wont need to eat for quite a long while. Hope this helps!
DemonGroover 8836 Posted December 20, 2013 Yeah i wondered that as well - it seems the indicators are the way to go. Btw - moved to DayZ area - not the Mod
Strategos (DayZ) 190 Posted December 20, 2013 (edited) I had to drink about 30 times from a pond to get a message saying my stomach was full. I almost gave up, but its still there apparently. This was long after the indicators had disappeared. The indicators only seem to show up when you enter the "hungry state" they do not show how far you are into the "full state" they just disappear. It takes a lot of food/water to become full. I have not seen "your thirst is quenched" but it will say "your stomach is full".
