playing for hour then dc and...(server not saving)

playing for hour then dc and...spawning back on the shore with no gear..happened like 10 times today,is it just happening to me?

As stated in the patch notes from Rocket, there will be character wipes for patches if the patch has to do with security or authentication.

This is my problem and it isn't planned character wipe as I can reproduce continuously.  It all started when I was suddenly teleported back to the beach, all gear gone and someone laughing on what would be side channel in the mod.  BTW I was surrounded on the beach by black female characters in thier underwear.  They were not animated.  I have reported the bug and the teleportation incident.  I have also uninstalled the game and reinstalled but no joy.  BTW when I restart the game my character appears in the "Launch" screen with the equipment I exited with.  I however launch as a fresh spawn.  I am not server hopping.  No matter which server I join and rejoin I spawn fresh.  I am wondering if my setting of a default character is the problem
