Still Sick

I don't understand how my character is sick, my thirst and hunger are gone, they were yellow about 25 minutes ago but I drank water and ate a can of food and my character is still sick? I don't understand..

You need to find antibiotics or wait until the sickness passes away.  Make sure that when you eat and drink, you eat and drink until your character says that he/she is full.

As long as you are well fed and healthy, yes.

Sickness and starvation are two different things, that in the end kill you both. Maybe you drank or eat something infectious or got hit by a zombie receiving an infected wound. In the second szenario you can possibly save yourself by desinfecting your wounds with alcohol tincture.

Well I was sick too, you could eat rotten fruit or some cans in bad shape, or some bad water...Just find some antibiotics or wait... you live or you die (or you stay unconscious for some time)
