How to meele with the bayonett on the M4? how to turn on Weapon flashlight?

So I attached a Bayonett on my M4, how do I meele with this now? couldn't figure it out.

 

Also: How to turn the weapon flashlight?

I know I can turn it on in the gear menu,but there must be an easier, faster way to do it. same for headlamp.
