I was wondering if this is a part of the game? I was looting the firehouse in cherno when all of a sudden my character drops dead. I was maybe 20 minutes old no diseases no thirst or hunger never been touched by a zombie or anything just dropped dead while looting.

Even suppressed rounds make a sound, there was nothing just instant death.

LOL....  but seriously what about Blue Balls and Spontaneous Combustion....  both of these serious conditions have me very worried at night in DayZ

Yeah I have the same issue

Was climbing a ladder in apartments

Halfway up "you are dead"

Same thing happened when I was in a room facing the entrance so no one shot me, only playing about 20mins and had full hunger and thirst

I was in 3rd person so I know that nobody snuck up behind me just trying to loot some shelves then death.

Heartattacks aren't as common as yoouufj9238
