Direct communication is not working!!!

Everytime I am wirting to people (staying right in front of me) they are not answering...

They are doing the animation greeting but they are not answering to my questions etc

It is confusing why writing is not working...

Anyone knows the problem?? Is it just me or is it currently not working??

I believe it's working too much. this is a funny bug:

This russian guy was talking in chat and the whole server could hear him, he started singing and talked with his mom without noticing while i was shouting "SHUT THE F* UP" to him.

Eventually had to mute him :P

 

Onsubject,

go to settigns > and set the voice chat key to K

that might do the trick.

note that it only works in proximity, whoever is close to you. not server wide.

 

or, test your microphone see if it actually works on skype or teamspeak for you. come back with results

I believe this bug is common with a lot of survivors, but there's been no official mention of it yet. It's REALLY REALLY REALLY annoying, let me tell you that.
