[Question] Which items are as of now useless in the alpha?

I'm trying to figure out which items are useful or useless as of now, in the Alpha stage. 

 

Here's a list of items. Help me figure out whether they're useful or not. And for what use they are. 
Feel free too suggest items I can edit to the list. 

Morphine Auto-Injector
Supposedly the Morphine auto-injector is used to fix broken bones. But I have not confirmed this myself yet. Have anyone confirmed this?

Injection-Vial - ?

 

IV Starter Kit 
1. Put IV Kit on your hands.

2. Drag Saline Bag Over IV Kit (IV Kit should be on your hands)

3. Click on the option "Create" after dragging the saline bag over the iv kit.

4. It should of created a saline bag IV, if it didn't you must of done it wrong, after creating the Saline Bag IV equip it and use it on a unconscious player.

 

Charcaol Tabs

Charcoal tablets helps you vomit if you're sick or if you ate/drank too much. You'll get a notification if your character has to vomit.             "I am close to vometing" - "I think I'm going to vomit" - "I'm going to vomit" 

 

Tetracycline Antibiotics
It can cure diseases.

Matchbox - ?

Duct Tape
Can be used to bind other players hands. 
 

Alcohol Tincture
Can help you if you get hit by a zombie and get an infection.

Vitamins
Vitamins has a chance to cure infection/disease.

Firewood - ?

Defibriliator - ?

Wooden Stick - ?

Shovel - ? 

 

Pliers - ? 

Wrench
Used as a melee weapon. Other than that, its useless right now.

@IvanPetrovic6 You might have an infection. Look for antibiotics, vitamins, fruits, alcohol disinfectant etc...

 

So vitamins has a chance to help with infection.

Charcoal tablets help, if you have them. Otherwise try and figure out why he might have been sick. Correlate that with other symptoms, and make a deduction as to what best to do. If you do vomit, drink when you can to regain fluids.

 

So charcoal will help with vomiting.

Alcohol tincture is not useless. I hit by a zombie and bandaged up and my character kept making wincing sounds.

When I used the tincture on my wounds it said "my wounds hurt less" the moaning stopped just after.

If you really want to poison someone, take a blood sample from a random player and then inject it into another. 

* If the player is not compatible with the blood, he should die.

 

I've yet to test this, but giving people the wrong blood through blood bagging does kill them.

Errr, I'm quite sure you can use it to bind hands, I might need some confirmation on attachments though.

Maybe you need to create a kindle first with the sticks and matches... then apply firewood to create a fire...

* Just throwing out ideas...

 

Also btw, I've found stones of which you can carry, apparently it can be used to create sparks.

Edit: Nope, tried dragging them onto each other, nothing. I can hotkey them both, but can't put them in my hands.

portable gas stoves can be made by a gas stove and gas can but you cant do anything with them. already reported this in the bug report section

Burlap sacks and wooden sticks/or rope cannot be combined together to make a backpack.
