Can the 30Rnd STANAG ( Coupled ) be crafted somehow? If so, how do you do it?

Right now in the game it can't be. The 60rnd STANAG even though it technically only holds 30 in each clips acts as if it has 60 rounds in one clip.

Well, I thought there might be a mag bonder/ spacer and two mags, but apparently it is just another item found pre made.

Darn it, I was hoping duct tape and two 30 round magazines would do it. Game breaker, asking for a refund, formatting hard drive now.
