crimsonsoul 5 Posted December 19, 2013 You have to equip it in your hand and take blood from another character (make sure you know their blood type!) then you can equip the full blood bag in hand and give it to another player (Make sure they are a donor match for the blood). Also to give blood to another character you need an iv starter kit (you don't need it to take blood just to give blood) Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
