Military tents

Am I delusional or is there Military tents/barracks near Cherno?

 

I've been going crazy because was watching some streams and I've noticed some new ones and could of sworn they said it was by Cherno.

 

Maybe by the near apartment complexes?

At the Balota Airfield, there are 3-4 barracks at the western end of the air strip, and the old cap off the road near there (used to have 4 deer stands), now also has military tents.
