Help with navigating the menu/inventory

How do I use my mouse cursor to click buttons on the menu? At the moment it's driving me insane having to use my keyboard. I can't change my fps settings due to drop down menus which I can't access due to using my keyboard. Then although my mouse works In game as in aiming, I don't have a cursor on my inventory to move stuff?

I'm sorry if I sound like a noob, my PC gaming is limited, and I never played the mod. Any help would be greatly appreciated thanks

Just to be nice: The Standalone has full mouse support. Your mouse is the issue.
