Repairing stuff / Building

I have a Question regarding the repair of Items.
Is it, in any way, possible to fix/repair Items with tools such as wrench/hammer/screwdriver/etc
to bring the state of  .. lets say.. "damaged" item´s, one state up .. to maybe "worn" or so .. ?
If, it would be nice to put it in .. maybe a chance of degrading the item .. like from "damaged" to "badly damaged"
are there any plans for this ?

And did someone of you guys manage to build something.. ?
I do not know if it´s even implemented yet ..

(some sort of link maybe?)
of Rocket´s plans what to implement .. something like a confirmed Wishlist or sth.?
