Loading bullets individually...

I heard Rocket mention in a video while playing with a few M4's saying that he could give his friend single rounds to load. I have not been able to figure out how to do this. I try and drag the bullets on to the gun, nothing. Is there anything I'm missing, is this feature in the game for pistols or at all?

Click on the magazine in your inventory and remove the ammunition from the magazine.  Make sure you have inventory space for the ammo to go to as the ammo and mag will each take up inventory slots and trying to remove them on the ground just seems to make the ammo vanish for me.

This does not currently work for the handgun.  I've done it countless times with the Mosin before.  Never tried to do with the m4 though.
