Loss of colors, new character.

Well, this is my new character, finally got some gear! But, my colors are black and white, sort of. Why?
I read that your screen turns black and white if you have lost a lot of blood, but I've not taken any damage. Is this a common bug?

As you can see, the first one is from the menu, and the second one is from ingame. However, for a split second when I enter a new server there are colors, but they immediately disappear... :(

Happened to my game and i'm not sure why. I think because i was sick

The second one looks like you could use a bag of saline or just start pounding down liquids and food.

Hm okey, Well if there are no known bug, I guess I'll eat and drink all my food and water, thanks.
Thought it was very weird to start out this way tho.

You might be sick, dehydrated or starving (or a combination of them).
