considering that chernaurus is a big map, there's bound to be more than just pubs and grocery stores around. I propose that you add in fast food restaurants dotted randomly near big cities or on the highways. Perhaps they could spawn food that doesn't go rotten very quickly?

In former Soviet Republic of Chernarus, fast food is beetroot soup. Cold beetroot soup. With very little beetroot in it.
