1. Duct tape

 

I tried it on flashlights, m4, .45pistol, everything. Can't find a use for it.

 

2. Bloodbags and IV and those things

 

Right clicking does nothing. These things need better description and more user-friendliness imo

 

3. Handcuffing is only possible when it is in the hand?

 

I don't think I can just start handcuffing people without the cuff equipped on my hands. That's... really vulnerable.

2. You need to use the blood bag kit to take blood from somebody, then combine the bag full of blood with and IV start kit, and use that to give someone a blood transfusion.

 

3. How would being able to handcuff someone without handcuffs in your hands make sense?

can you start handcuffiing someone in real life without actually holding the handcuffs? if you are in a situation where you need to cuff someone you should probably have a partner aiming a gun at them to make sure they dont make a move on you...

IRL, I could a) hold a handgun on one hand and the cuff on the other, or b) throw the handcuff at the person and make him cuff himself.

 

Oh! Oh! They should totally allow a person to cuff oneself!!
