How do i open canned food

how do i open canned food with a screwdriver  thanks  and this game is amazing for alpha stage

If working correctly you simply place the screw driver over the canned item in your inventory, however I have been reading that on the updated build it might not be working properly yet in which case you will need to find a can opener.

Kinda seems you should also need a hammer methinks. Once certainly would have a difficult time opening a can with just  a screwdriver.

 

But yeah, can opener.
