patch? steam update?

so the patch has been rolled out but restarted steam several times and nothing updates. anyone else? any way to force it?

You can "verify cache" and it will force it so long as your local content server is not playing up.

You can also go right click dayz, press properties,updates, then set it to Update ASAP.

So it never downloaded through Steam, but I have a dot crosshair and ingame it says it's the new version BUT I am still able to play old version servers.

 

Cache is verified and there is no mention of the download in the Steam downloads. Very confused.

 

EDIT - Disregard, the second I open my mouth the answer presents itself. It WAS an invisible download though, just verified it through other means.

Go in your Steam Library right click DayZ/Properties and a new window should pop up. Then go to Updates and select High Priority.

Update didn't brake doors....you are logging to a server that has not been updated bud. :)
