CTD w/ in-game sounds

So..

I played for the first time this night, and after fooling around a bit, I left because of CTD too many times.

It's not a regular CTD, because it seems I'm still ingame. I get footstep-sounds when pressing "W" on my keyboard, and the game is fully functional. Only I can just seem my own desktop, not the game. If I try to Alt+Enter and make it fullscreen, it crashes.

Has anyone else got this? Is it my computer or DayZ's fault?
