Question about buying Dayz standalone

If I buy Standalone Alpha right now do I get access to the final version of Standalone when it comes out later or do I have to pay twice for the alpha and the final version ?

Full access, all change logs and updates will be added whenever they are released: So you will get the Full game once it is out of Alpha without downloading or buying again.

As answered before, you get the full version, along with any updates! 

 

It is following a similar pattern to that of minecraft in the respective of, buy now, save later.
