Character moaning after taking damage

I entered a barn and took some falling damage while descending the ladders. After a short while my character began to moan and even swear in pain occasionally, "oh f*** that hurts!".

 

I wasn't getting any status messages in the bottom left corner so it baffles me a bit.

 

However I did have few painkillers which I used, but they didn't seem to remove the symptoms.

 

Any idea how to stop the moaning, or might this be a bug of some sort?

That was in ARMA already and is when you're hurt and will only go away when being treated by a medic. I would think it's a left over from that and might eventually be fixed when you get back to health :)

Interesting. But seems logging out and re-entering the game removed the noises.  :)
