Extremely low FPS.. any tips? [STANDALONE]

Hi, 

 

I got the standalone today.. was waiting ages for it so I was excited... but when I went on i found it runs even worse than the mod did for me.. with the LOWEST possible settings and 1280x800 resolution i still only get about 15fps :(

 

my rig is

AMD FX-4100 quad core cpu

RADEON HD6770 graphics card

8GB ram 

 

 

anyone know how to get higher fps or do i really just need a better computer?

Do you have the latest graphic card drivers?
