How long do you stay unconscious for?

So I seem to be doing well. Got my self some food and a few weapons. Did take a beating from a few zombies but I killed them. Bandaged my self up. Was searching a house then black screen you are unconscious. It has been like this for 10 minutes. How long does this last for?
