dayz or arma preset controls?

so i seen this in the options and decided to set my controls to arma style controls, as i felt this helped with knowing how to do stuff i used to do in the mod but couldnt do with dayz controls.  plus i use a controller (feeling the hate lol) and it just helped with the mapping.

but i found my hotbar wasnt set anymore, even though the number keys were still free/empty to use

 

so i was wondering what other people have chosen? new controls, ,or arma controls, and any tweaking used. hoping i havnt missed anything important in my mapping, but il prob study the new controls tomorrow

I have been playing with the default settings minus the addition of my F4 to flip other characters off.  Seems to work quite well for me.

After a few minutes of hitting arma keys I switched to that setup. I was impatient to play. What I already knew, worked good.
