Character creator bugged?

As soon as I leave the character screen my character reverts back to the default black woman. When I go back into the character screen the character I created appears again. In game my model is still the default black women though. This happening to anybody else?

Once you create your character set it as default.

Yeah I set it as default. Just seems to revert back again anyway.

The character I ended up with playing was completely different than the one I created, the only thing that hadn't changed was the gender. I don't mind but it seemed strange.

i thought i was having this problem, but didnt realise set as default meant to save the character, thought it would just revert back to default.

so make sure to set as default before exiting the creator, and your new character will update when you die
