I try join this one particular server and it comes up with the message  - Include file z\addon\dayz_code\system\BIS_Effects\init.sqf not found.

 

how do I fix

Make sure you update to the latest version the server is running. In your case that will either be 1.0.3 or 1.0.3.1. :)

Yea the server was running 1.0.3 yesterday then updated to 1.0.3.1. I have the correct version

Try deleting your local files or verify your local files, as that error pops up when running an incorrect version.
