No servers on the server list?

I just got into the alpha right now, There are no servers listed in the "Change Server" list or within the "Play" server list.

 

Has anyone else got the same problem or can tell me what's up?

Sorry if this is a re-post of another topic, I have a splitting headache and can't possibly trawl through each page looking for them.

 

 

Thanks, I really appreciate any help offered.
