hey guys do you think i could run day z with these specs please give a rough guess on fps on high/low details etc please

Yeah, you can definitely run it, with about 20-25 FPS i'd say.

But there is a proper thread for this, you should check it out.

GT 720M I can run arma 3 on ultra with a GTX 660ti

You should run ultra with good frames.

But I'm no professional.
