SVD Camo legit?

Been seeing a lot of talk of people running around with unavailable weapons. I looted an SVD_CAMO from a dude at NWAP on NY2, and at least one person mentioned that it may not be legit, even as it is listed on the loot table at .11% in barracks.

Legit or no?

Yeah definitely legit. I found one before all the hacker stuff. But never did find any damned ammo for it.
