Are you sure it was normal house and not Deer Stand or Fire Station? But yes, PDW is ordinary weapon.

PMC: Default survivor textures BAF: Ghillie, Camo skins. L85A2, AS50 guns. Don't forget that this is not a texture pack, its a DLC with lots of vehicles, guns, units, new campaign. It doesn't hurt performance.

You can access it in two ways: 1) Sit on passenger, scroll mouse, press Gear 2) Sit anywhere, open map, press Units, press Gear

The most annoying thing is when random rubbish appears right when you smash into it, it is literally invisible until you hit it.

Its custom sound commands (or sometimes called sound macros), anyone can put any sound in and play it for everyone to hear. Such people are annoying and abusing this might get them a punishment.

There is ArmA 2 Free to try, download it (1,5 gb, available on Steam as Demo) and test it out on various graphical settings, if it runs fine (it definitely should with such PC), then you are good to go for buying the game and joining into DayZ and other ArmA 2 activities.

Even if you will not like DayZ this much, there are TONS of content in ArmA 2 + Arrowhead, various gamemodes, big servers with sandbox missions, other mods, not to mention there is a campaign which can be played in coop, campaign is pretty dull though. Game is very hard and will kick you in the nuts a lot at first but it gets SO rewarding like nothing else when you get used to controls and will start feeling that you know what you do.

Weapon is definitely cheated, I wouldn't recommend to take it, it will get deleted from you pretty soon anyway and you might face consequences as well. Just take legit stuff from the body and hide it.

Find one, or steal one. Mostly vehicles are taken so you need to be pretty lucky to find unoccupied one.
