Best settings

Hi all, sorry if im posting in the wrong place im new here. I was wondering if anyone is able to help. Im currently having performance issues with dayz, mainly fps issue. Can anyone tell me what settings are best for my specs too try and get the best fps i possibly can. Thanks in advance. My specs are:

There you can also ask settings based on your system specs. Arma 2 is a bugger in a sense it's hard for a layman to determine where's the sweet balance, as it might stress either CPU or GPU too much when settings aren't "balanced".
