DayZ starting with wrong Arma version

Recommended Posts

Yesteryday everything was okay, but when I tried to start DayZ today it gave me an error of wrong Arma version. I hadn't changed any settings so I don't know why this happened.VybkJv6.pngHn9piDJ.png

Obviously you're using DayZ Commander and in order to fix this rather common bug all you have to do is:

Go to DayZ Commander
Click on Settings

Check the box that says: Replace original Arma2OA files with Beta so steam works.

What this will do is replace the Arma old files with the new version. ;)

Vs 1.63 is the soon to come final version of ArmA2/CO.

To play DayZ you need to stick with Steam stable version.

If you have updated to Vs 1.63 you will need to reinstall using the stable build.

Read carefully the link posted.
