Public value restriction #74 - the immortal bug?

Hey all,

 

a friend of mine got the problem, that instead of dying he just gets kicked (public value restriction #74). We tried everything. Death from Zeds, death from gunshot, grenade, falling, crash in vehicle... every time he used to die he instead just gets kicked. And the funny part is. If he relogs he might have all the problems he had before the kick like broken legs, unconscious, bleeding, ... but with full health again. It appears on every server and reinstalling the game didnt work.

I highly doubt that, as "PublicValuable Restriction"-kicks are serverspecific.

 

I would try to contact the serveradmins that are responsible for that server as it can be abused quite a bit.

I strongly believe that this issue is connected to his name, as soon as he executes an action that gets logged to a specific filter he will get kicked because his name contains a certain String that is blacklisted by the specific filter (that's at least what happens in most cases).

Are you playing on DayZ vanilla? I would try changing the name/ profile and see if the problem persists.

Thanks for the replies. Player profile was changed too, aswell as the name. Still the same issue. The problem is occuring after the last patch. Admins never heard of that issue too. And since he is playing on a pve server this problem is more annoying then helpful.
